Fees & Travel

California notarial fees are charged in accordance with state regulations. Additional travel or convenience fees may apply depending on location, timing, and service requirements.

Notary public travel fees start at $35 plus $15 per notarized signature.

California law requires signers to present valid, acceptable identification at the time of notarization.

• California Identification Card
• Two credible witness’s (for a person who does not have current ID)
• Mexico Driver’s license
• US Passport

• US Military ID Card
• Inmate ID Card
• Other State Driver’s License
• Other State Identification card
• Canada Driver’s License
• Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS

Identification must be current or issued within the past five years and contain:

• Photograph
• Physical description
• Signature
• Serial or identifying number
